Pacific Sun Salon and Spa is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely LOVE what they do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of their clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

 

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to ensure the full allotted time of your service.  If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.

 

Salon Cancellation Policy  

 A$25 cancellation/no show fee may be added to your next service appointment total after multiple cancellations /no shows have been made without a 24 hour notice.

 

Children

We absolutely love children, but we are a Salon environment.  Some of the services that we do are better done in a relaxing and comfortable environment. We request that if you are getting a service of more than an half hour, if it is possible, please make arrangements for childcare.
